Posts are beginning across the internet, regarding the first (unconfirmed) expansion of The Sims 3.
The Sims 3 Destination Adventure is a title that leaves much to the imagination as to what this expansion could include. More objects and features are an obvious conclusion as to what while be included, but the key theme of this expansion is yet to be announced, as is confirmation of the name.
If we look at previous expansion packs from The Sims & The Sims 2, we could probably assume this is going to be a vacation/holiday based expansion, allowing your Sims to go on a family break. If this is the case we shall also have to hope for an inclusion of features we saw first in Seasons that allowed for weather, to be combined with a holiday expansion.
We we do know is an expansion will be released this side of Christmas, but what it will be or exactly when it will arive, is still of course all speculation and rumours.
I personally hope for a business or a pets based expansion first but I cannot what to see the first information on any expansion. |

Michael Jackson has died at the age of 50 in UCLA Medical Center in LA. Michael Jackson, the self titled "King of Pop", spoken of as the greatest pop musician of all time was rushed to hospital from his rented mansion in LA.
As a life long fan of Michael Jackson this is very sad and my heart goes out to his family and children.

The Sims 3 has recieved a new patch. EA have obviously been reading the forums as all the fixes are ones that have been mentioned many times before by users. Still some outstanding issues though, like the duplicate sim problem which causes identical sims to spawn at the same time while on a community lot.
Hopefully this is just a start to the next few patches, as we all know their are many more bugs still in the game, but hopefully this patch will fix the ones that have been bugging us the most (no pun intended). High five to EA and keep up the good work. |

The rumour's have started, we knew they would and were ready for them to arrive. South African gaming site Take2 has created pages ready for an expansion pack for release in November of 2009.
As expected EA are staying silent and we are treating this as a rumour that is true. Reasoning for this is that we know expansions will be made for The Sims 3, as we saw with the previous versions, the date is what is the key rumour. |
